An addition to the Bylaws is as followed..  Player that needs to use
a wheelchair to move around the table may shoot from the chair or when
needed may stand up to shoot. This will be allowed at the local level only,
in regular session play, playoffs, Tri-Cups, City Championships or any other
tournament run in the Middle TN APA.   This is not an advantage for the player
but a simple rule to speed up play and make it easier for our handicapped players
to participate and enjoy the game.
